About me!
 |
So you want to know a little about me? – well, i’m Stewart Leech, 27 and currently live in Leeds, West Yorkshire – UK. It’s a nice enough city but I grow up in a little village called Brinscall in Lancashire, quite beautyful with moorland, lakes and oh yeah – trees! Some of the photographs in the gallery are from here!
I’ve had interests in digital artwork since the early 90’s in the good old days of Coral-Draw3 and I used to decorate my bedroom with artwork by Jurgen Ziewe. Since then I pursued a career in graphic design starting with a national diploma in graphic design studied at Blackburn College in Lancashire and then a BA(hons) degree at The University Of Central Lancashire. After graduating in 2002 i’ve had a number of jobs – I currently work for a publishing company, WPR Media Ltd which i design the MHW Magazine.
I’ve decided to make Fields of Perception to satisfy my own love of creating digital artwork and photography – I can’t think of anything I would rather do and I hope you enjoy seeing my work as much as I enjoy making it. I’m a great fan of landscape/nature photography, astronomy and abstract imagery, you may see my work reflects that.

Fields of perception really gives me a chance
to stretch my imagination, or if you like - explore my own visual "field of perception". You are all welcome to join me there or add your own in the public gallery.
Keep on dreaming people - it's what builds the future!
